Formal letter seeking action
You have observed that in your city, almost all places,
especially banks, have stairs but do not have a ramp
for people in wheel chairs. Your uncle uses a wheelchair
and finds it very annoying to have to ask for help
when he goes to ABC Bank..
Write a formal letter to the bank manager, asking him
to make provision for a ramp along the stairs since
a lift cannot be installed.

Answer:

To,

The Bank Manager,

ABC Bank.

Date: xx-xx-xxxx

Subject: Provision for a ramp for people using wheel chair.

Respected sir/ ma'am,

I am xxxx relative of one of the account holders of your bank. As you very well know all the public places are alloted by a ramp so that people using wheelchair can go to various places, but at your branch no such provision is present and people using wheelchair feel annoying to ask for help everytime they visit the bank. Thus I request you to please do the needful.

Yours Sincerely,

xyz
