March 27, 2018 - I walk in Center almost everyday. Littering is rampant, alcohol and fast food containers, cigarette and cigar packaging, dirty diapers, plastic bags and on and on. I've even seen a used pregnancy test and condone wrappers. All that is bad enough. When I usually walk to the Mini Park, all I see is trash on the ground with garbage cans everywhere, some with no littering signs attached to them.

There is a city worker that comes to the park everyday to pick up trash. The park should be a privilege. Put up signs and cameras, fine or ban abusers. If people can't police themselves or their children then let the city do it. I wrote this sitting at the park because I think about doing every time I walk there but loss my resolve when I get home.
