With due respect, I, the undersigned am the head girl of class XI of our school (DAV Public School). I want to inform you most humbly that the students of our class want to visit your zoo on 10th November for a zoological class. We have already taken permission from our Principal. Our teacher would also visit with us.
I, on the behalf of the students of our class would therefore, request you to allow us a free entry to your zoo. I would like to know the time when we should visit there. Hope to get a positive reply soon.
