Sir,
With due respect, I, the undersigned want to state that I have been the student of your school since last five years. Now I am in class XI of your school.
I have just undergone an serious operation last week. I could not attend school as well as I could not prepare for exams. Just yesterday, I got to know about the notice of English exam which is going to be held by the next day. Doctor has prescribed me to take rest for two weeks. In this situation, I can't manage myself to attend the exam.
Therefore, I would like to request you if a permission can be granted for me to allow me to write the final English exam a week later than the others. I would be grateful to you forever for this act of kindness.
