- When i was playing football and I sprained my leg.
- I have put plaster on my leg. The doctor has told me to take rest for 1 month and I cannot walk run or jump. I request you to take me into consideration. And besides that I have certain breathing problem when I run or jog for a long time.
- I have told my parents to come and meet the teacher to inform about my problems and give me an exception for at least a month. I hope you will do the needful. Thank you.

With due respect I state that I am student of class VIII of your school I'm a very regular and sincere student I have always scored well in all my papers. I have always been appreciated by my teachers. I have been very active in sports as well. I have led my school football team at inter-state level under my captaincy, the team had won the trophy. Even the state sports minister had appreciated our performance.
But unfortunately I am not in a condition to participate in sports activities. Very recently, I have recovered from long illness. I have been advised by the doctors not to participate in any sports activities.
I, therefore, request you to kindly exempt me from sports and games for a month. I shall be active in sports on again as soon as I recover my lost health.
