Land was formed by volcanic eruptions which erupt magma . And magma on solidification forms igneous rocks and then process of rock cycle takes place and which form many rocks which form earth crust . And these rocks on soil erosion form soil and many other soil and rock particles and form land surface . And mountains , plateaus, plains ,etc., which are also part of land surface are formed from folding and faulting of Earth crust.
