We have to find LCM .

***1 , 1 , 2 , 1
LCM = 2 × 7 × 3 × 2 = 84
At first the four bells rang at 7 a.m
Next they ring together
at 7 hr + 84 mi
= 7 hr + 1 hr + 24mi
= 8hr 24 mi
