given,
side of square = 14 cm
diameter of circle = 7 cm
radius of circle = 3.5 cm

area of square = side²
= 14²
= 196 cm²

area of circle = πr²
= 22/7 × 3.5²
= 22/7 × 3.5 × 3.5
= 11 × 3.5
= 38.5 cm²

area of 4 circles = 4 × 38.5
= 154 cm²

path enclosed by circle = 196 - 154
= 42 cm²
