Let the number be $\bf{x}$.

so, other number = $\bf{\frac{4}{5}}$ × $\bf{x}$ = $\bf{\frac{4}{5}}x$

according to the Question,

$\bf{\frac{4}{5}}x$ = $\bf{10}$ + $\bf{\frac{2}{3}}x$

take the like terms one side , that is , take $\bf{\frac{2}{3}}x$ to other side!

$= > \bf{\frac{4}{5}}x - \bf{\frac{2}{3}}x = 10 \\ \\ \bf \: take \: lcm \: of \: the \: denominators \: on \: rhs \\ \\ = > \bf \frac{12x - 10x}{15} = 10 \\ \\ = > \bf \frac{2}{15} x = 10 \\ \\ \bf \: take \: the \: fraction \: \frac{2}{15} \: to \: other \: side. \\ \\ = > \bf \: x = \cancel{10} \times \frac{15}{\cancel2} \\ \\ = >\bf \: x = 5 \times 15 \\ \\ = > \bf \: x = 75$

thus , number = x = 75
