Money earned in 8 weeks = no of weeks * no of hours * amount earned per hour

= Friend A = ( $6.95 * 13 ) * 8 = $722.8
= Friend B = ( $5.85 * 15 ) * 8 = $702
= Friend C = ( $5.25 * 18 ) * 8 = $756
= Friend D = ( $7.80 * 11 ) * 8 = $686.4

They need $720

So , A & C reaches their goal
