Precautions  :)

  1. Don't alter salt, products or water proporties.
  2. Temperatures, time and weight usage during fermentation.
  3. Ensure a uniform and adequate level of acid through out the process using accurate measuring and through the mixing of ingredients.
  4. Keep the correct temperature during the fermentation.
