1. Let's fix a sit for accountant.

2. Then I can fix the seat of the teacher [ left of the accountant (iii) ]

3. I can fix the seat of 'C' [ right of the accountant (v) ]

4. See the image attached, that confirms Teacher is 'D' [ D sits opposite to C (iv) ]

5. As cook sits opposite to 'A' ; 'C' can't be cook because 'C' sits opposite to the teacher, thus the only place left is for cook who sits opposite to the accountant as per the image. Thus 'A' is the accountant. [ as per option (i) ]

6. Only profession left beautician is 'C' which makes cook 'B' [ 'B' is on the right side of the beautician (ii) ]
