Hey !!

In the simple cube, no. of atoms/unit cell

       = 8 × 1/8 = 1

Volume of the atom = 4/3 πr³

Volume of the cube = a³ = (2 r)³ = 8 r³     (∵ a = 2r)

   Fractional occupied = 4/3 πr³ / 8r³

          = π/6
