Frame the equation ...

a) 5 times a number added to 3 gives 14 .
b) 2 subtracted from thrice a number gives 6 .

Hey friend....

Here is your answer.....

1.5x+3=14.

Here we take the unknown value as x.
Then 5 times x=5x
Added to 3=5x+3.
Gives 14=5x+3=14.


2.2-3x=6.
Here we take unknown value as x.

2 subtracted from thrice a number=2+3x.

Equals to 6=2+3x=6
