HEY BUDDY..!!!

HERE'S THE ANSWER..

_____________________

▶️Let the length of rectangle be ( x )

▶️Let the breadth of rectangle be ( y )

♠️ Length of rectangle is twice of breadth , i.e

=> length = 2 × breadth

=> x = 2 . y

=> x - 2 y = 0 _________( 1 )

⏺️ Now perimeter is 18 cm

=> 2 ( length + breadth )

=> 2 ( x + y ) = 18

=> x + y = 9 ___________( 2 )

♠️ From Eqn ( 1 )

=> x - 2 y = 0

=> x = 2 y ✔️

⏺️ Putting value of x in Eqn ( 2 )

=> x + y = 9

=> 2 y + y = 9

=> 3 y = 9

=> [ y = 3 cm ]✔️✔️

⏺️Now putting value of y in eqn ( 1 )

=> x - 2 y = 0

=> x = 2 y

=> x = 2 ( 3 )

=> [ x = 6 cm ] ✔️✔️

♠️ So length of rectangle is { 6 cm } and breadth of rectangle is { 3 cm } .
