Curd has a pH between 4.5 to 5.5. You can observe that curd pH level are lower than that of milk because,of the production of lactic acid in curd. Hence, curd turn out to have an acidic pH nature.

Milk has ph of 6 and curd has 2.2 to 3 max
Then on adding strong acid to milk(assume we are adding lime to it) it becomes sour milk known as curd, here fresh milk is dilute then on adding acid it turns into concentrated acid, Therefore it turns more acidic and from ph value of 6 it turns to the range of 4.5 to 5.5 max
