friction depend on how hard the surface place against each other is it right

yes,it depends on how much force is applied as
friction=umg
where u=coefficient of friction

how you can say the word "hard"
friction is a force between two surfaces or it depends on intermolecular electrostatic attraction...

suppose your shoe has dust in it and you rubbed on mat then mud got Clean why this is because of friction...how can you say it hard between surface.
