friction is independent of weight but depends on normal force between surfaces of contact with friction exist do you agree with the statement discuss

if mass of a body increases the frictional force between that body and the other surface increases

Weight and mass are two different things...
As mass increases those disturbances and irregularities which causes friction.. . THEY DO GET more ATTCHED AND THUS preventing ANY MOTION..
