Friction is necessary evil.Explain.

Friction, which is a quite obvious thing, and its really needed in our life.. So Friction does both useful and unuseful things and that's y its called necessary evil as its presence is necessary though it causes some problems..friction helps us in many ways, it helps us to walk, it helps us to write, without friction, we could slip if we tried to walk or car brakes could not be applied.. So these are common advantages of friction..the disadvantages caused by friction is that it causes wear and tear, it produces heat,.. So thats y its both because but it also has its own disadvantages.. This is the answer.

due to its many advantages (due to the friction between the road and our shoes we are able to walk) and its many disadvantages (due to the friction between the different parts of the machine the parts wear out with time)
