because it helpful in various ways like to walk , but at same time if friction increase then it produce heat and can even damage machines parts

1) to write
2) to walk
3) to grip
4) to hold

its disadvantage
1) it reduces speed of machines
2) it need more rear n tear of machines
3) increase heat
