Excess use of mobile phones in students

We all know a gadget named Mobile. It's a great and very useful invention on the Earth, but what if we do over use ? I have saw almost all students have spectacles,why? You students do excess studies? No, so why this spectacles with heavy numbers? Because we all use mobile daily in improper time like we play games in the night or we play game in the afternoon after coming from school ! We then use it excess and then we are addicted from it . Mobile is the one who is reason for your spectacles with heavy numbers. Mobile we use it for playing games, chatting on WhatsApp or posting some nice of your pics on Instagram/Facebook. And then we attracted towards it. So I request you all that even you can try to ignore the mobile even if it calls you near. You should have a determination power to leave mobile and play outside with your friends,talk with everybody but not on WhatsApp, in real life.
