friends I need your help , please help my phone all my nites got deleted every single thing got deleted is there any way I can get the deleted notes back

check in recent deleted part in file manager u may get some of them or all.

hope it will work and if it doesn't then please tell me the details about ur phone

If you're an iOS user:-

However, you can't recover notes you permanently removed. In Notes on iCloud.com, select Recently Deleted in the folder list on the left. If you don't see Recently Deleted, you don't have any notes in that folder, and there's nothing to be recovered. ... The note moves to the Notes folder.

If you're an Android user:-

After deleting a note, you have seven days to recover it.

1)On your Android phone or tablet, open Keep.

2)In the top-left corner, tap Menu and then Trash.

3)Click or tap a note to open it.

4)To move a note out of the trash, tap Action menu and then Restore.
