To start a company, you cannot make decisions on a whim. You need capital for that and you cant throw in random words such as "AI" and "OS" to make it sound cooler. You're also gonna need a degree in comp.sci or business
If you are really capable of developing an Operating System ( eg. Windows, Linux, Android, Apple MacOS) or create a product using AI ( Eg. Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri) or anything remotely close to them you need not worry about comparing the profits cause you may already be one of the millionaire tech entrepreneur!! As you may have understood by now... What you want is to be like Bill Gates/ Steve Jobs/ Jeff Bezos etc... But your question clearly suggests that your interest lies only in making money and and not technological innovation or advancement .. Rethink your question then may be you may have a chance at it..
