Answer:

Drying of the food grains in the sun helps in eliminating of the excess moisture. Moist food grains will allow the bacteria to grow on it. This growing bacteria will spoil the food grain, by foul smell. Hence, removing moisture from it prevents it from any spoilage.

Answer:

Grains are dried in sun before being packed . It is for the moisture to evaporate from the grains.

Explanation:

If the grains have moisture they may develop fungi or rot before use. Thus resulting in inedible grains.
