using identity a2-b2 = (a+b)(a-b)
7 (m+2)(m-2)

you can write equation as,
7(m^2-4)
since,
(a^2-b^2)=(a+b)(a-b)

7{(m)^2-(2)^2}
=7(m+2)(m-2)
