the doctor financial status was so bad that he stayed in one room his share his room with rats and there was no electricity to the room then he went to sleep there so much hot and try to sleep out and came back started reading and suddenly the was himself in mirror and describe about the and he want a wife who is fat and if he do any worng she can't run and his ambition was to became a doctor
