Area of the aluminum sheet =  πr²

                                               = 22/7  × 28²

                                               = 2464 cm²

Area of the two circles cut from the sheet = 2 ×  πr²

                                                                      = 2 × 22/7 × 3.5²

                                                                      = 2 × 38.5

                                                                      = 77 cm²

Area of the rectangle cut from the sheet = l × b

                                                                   = 5 × 2

                                                                   = 10 cm²

Total area of sheet cut = Area of the 2 circles + Area of the rectangle

                                      = 77 cm² + 10 cm²

                                      = 87 cm²

∵ Total area of the aluminum sheet left = 2464 cm² - 87 cm²

                                                                 = 2377 cm²
