Area Of Circular sheet = \pi R^{2}  = \frac{22}{7} * 14 * 14 = 616 cm^{2}

Area of Circle = \pi r^{2} = \frac{22}{7} * 3.5 * 3.5 = 38.5cm^{2}

Area of Rectangle = l*b = 1*3 = 3cm^{2}
