R2=3cms
After cut the circle of 3cms' radius there will remaining some area......
Then,
Area of remaining sheet is=π × R1 × R1 - π × R2 ×R2
=π(4 × 4 - 3 × 3)
=π(16 - 9)
=π × 7
=7 π cm*cm
or
=22/7 × 7cm*cm
=22cm*cm
