Radius of circular sheet (R) = 7cm

Radius of circle (r) = 3.5cm

Area of remaining sheet = Area of circular sheet - area of circle

= πR^2 - πr^2

= 22/7×7×7 - 22/7×3.5×3.5

= 154 - 38.5

= 115.5 cm
