From a circular sheet of radius 7 cm, two circles of radii 1.4 cm
each, a triangle of base 3 cm and height 2 cm and a rectangle of
length 4 cm and breadth 2 cm are removed (Fig. 15.28]. Find the
remaining area.​

Area of circular sheet = 22/7*7*7

=154

Area of two circles=22/7*2.8*2.8 (sum of two circles radii) =24.64

Area of triangle =1/2*3*2

=3cm

Area of rectangle =4*2

=8

sum of all removed part=24.64+3+8

=35.64

subtract the area of circular sheet from areas of removing parts

=154-35.64=118.46ans.
