Remaining rope : 11m - 1 3/5m - 3 3/10m =
110/10 - 16/10 - 33/10 = 110/10 - 49/10
= 61/10 m
= 6 1/10 m

total length of rope = 11m
lengths of the pieces that were cut are 1 \frac{3}{5}m = \frac{8}{5}m and 3 \frac{3}{10}m = \frac{33}{10}m

length of cut pieces =  \frac{8}{5} + \frac{33}{10} = \frac{8*2+33}{10} = \frac{16+33}{10} = \frac{49}{10} m

Length of remaining rope = 11- \frac{49}{10} = \frac{11*10-49}{10} = \frac{110-49}{10} = \frac{61}{10} m
