from a rope of 40 m long 10 by 3 M of peace is cut out find the length of other piece

Rope length = 40 m

remaining piece length = 40-10/3

= 120-10/3

= 110/3

= 36.66 m

Length of rope = 40 m




Length of rope which is cut from 40 long rope = 10/3




Length of remaining rope = Total length of rope - 10/3



=> 40 - 10/3



=> 120 - 10/3



=> 110/3 m
