1. 1/13. 2. 1/4 3. 2/13

explanation

1.An ace

ace have 4 cards so

P(A) = n(A) / n(S)

= 4/52

= 1/13

2. A diamond has 13 cards so

P(B) =n(B) /n(S)

= 13/52

=1/4

3. 5 out of club

club cards are 13 so 13-5= 8.

so,for 5 of club:-

n(C)= 8

P(C)=n(C)/n(S)

=8/52

= 2/13.
