A rectangular paper has 4 sides and a quadrant is ¼ th of the total area.

So,

Total area cut off from the paper = area of 1 whole circle whose radius (R) =7 (given)

 = \pi {r}^{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {7}^{2}  = 22 \times 7  \\  \\  \bf \:  = 154 \:  \: c {m}^{2}

Total area of paper = (20×30) = 600 cm²

So, area of paper remaining

 = \bf 600 - 154 = 446 \:  \:  {cm}^{2}
