your image is not clear.
However if I guess that height is 12 cm and base is 5 cm 
then area is given by 1/2 * b * h
⇒ $\frac{1}{2}$* 5 *12
⇒ 5 * 6 = 30 cm²
(if height and base are not 12 and 5 respectively then plz tell me)
