Had India still have had all the resources with it which it once did before the exploitation caused by the British would India's situation be amy better keeping in mind all flaws of India?

During Colonial rule and even after that agricultural expansion has been a threat in India. Yes India do not have some resources as first India was known the GOLDEN SPARROW now it is declined to extreme level
