Let the radius of the smaller cone be "x".
Therefore 4/12 = x/6
x = 2 cm.
l = ((6-2)^2 + 8^2) = 45
TSA of Frustum = (R + x)l + (R^2 + x^2)
= 22/7 * 45 * 8 + 22/7 * (40)
= 181 approx. ANSWER.
