In this question we use the concept of trigonometric ratios to get the height.

We represent this information in a diagram.

When we represent this on a diagram we will be able to get the base which is the common length for the two identified right angled triangles as A and B.

When use tan ratio to get the base, we get the base length as 28.87m since we have been given the height of the tower.

Further calculations give us the height of the building as 21.13m.
