Ejestion system of amoeba:

Amoeba is a single celled organism which can’t be seen through the naked eye, Amoeba does not have a part for egestion, when amoeba has food, the undigested part of the food is kept in a cell membrane or cell plasma, then the vacuole opens up to throw it outside.

The contractile vacuole is sometimes used to throw away water through it; this is the process how the waste is ejected from amoeba.
