" Contractile vacuole "

Digestion in amoeba follows as :

Amoeba engulfs tiny particles of food with the help of its false feet called Pseudopodia. This process is called circumvallation. The Pseudopodia close to form a small cavity called food vacuole. Here the enzymes help the breakdown of food into simpler and soluble molecules. This then get absorbed and assimilated and residue is thrown out through the contractile vacuole, as Amoeba has no anus. so it can excrete from any part .

Answer:

The undigested food collected in food vacuole, moves near the surface of the single cell body of amoeba. The undigested food is thrown out of the body by rupturing the cell membrane of single cell amoeba.
