You don't need any rank to message anyone. You just have to answer 1000+ answers to be able to message.

Here is your answer..

If you wanna get your messenger activated on Brainly, then you have to be suitable for two conditions i.e.,

➡ Complete 1000 answer

➡ Be a Moderator or special ranker.

P.S. Special ranker doesn't mean those with subject ranks or wizard ranks.

Also, if you wanna contact any Moderator for help you can do so.
