False, diamond is not able to dissolved in organic solvents but fullerenes can be dissolved in organic solvents.
You can compare solubility with likeness.
Like you can said if two solutions are same they can easily mix into each other and if they have dissimilar properties then they will not be able to mix.
Solubility of fullerene c60 can be measured.
