pseudtratified epithelium
- It is genereally comprised of of only single layer cell.
- It is the simplest protective tissue of the animal body.
- sometimes it occurs seldomly in cubodial and squamous epithelium. that's why it is known as pseudtratified epithelium.
- Pseudostratified epithelia are generally found in the linings of the trachea and as well as in the upper respiratory tract.
