fundamental rights and duties are two sides of same coin.please answer in your owm words explaining both rights and duties.

The Constitution gives certain rights to the citizen of India.With these rights comes the duty to exercise them responsibly.For example: A citizen has the right to criticize the government if it fails to provide basic amenities like water & electricity, but it is the duty of the citizen to prevent the wastage of amenities that the Government do provide.Thus rights and duties are the two sides of a same coin.
