That is not possible as long as the Judgment in Keshavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala stands as the law. The Judgment had clearly held that secularism is a basic feature of the Constitution. The Right to freedom of religion is the foundation of it and therefore its removal would be to destroy the basic structure of the Constitution of India.
But assuming that it is done, believe secularism has died in India, even if the Preamble states India is a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.
