Answer:
Food spoilage is because of some fungi, bacteria, Protozoa, Temperature, air and oxygen, moisture, light, and microbial growth. We can prevent spoiled food by using a refrigerator, the colder a food is, the slower its rate of spoilage, don't wash fruits or vegetables right away, the moisture will increase spoilage, by excluding air, etc. We can use some food preservatives like Sodium Sulfite, Sodium Nitrite, Propyl Paraben, and Sulfur Dioxide. These are the chemical that can help in preventing food spoilage or can slower the risk due to microbial growth.
