yes fuse wires can't be used as connecting wires because it has resistance which make it hot

Fuse is used for safety purpose . The fuse wire is made up of alloy of of lead and Tin which has a low melting point . if a fuse wire is used connecting wires in a circuit then due to overheating fuse wire may melt and the circuit become an open circuit this is a reason why fuse wire is not used as a connecting wires in a circuit.
