Those are called as antagonistics
From pancreas, they are insulin and glucagon.
Insulin decreases blood sugar level and glucagon increases blood sugar level.
From thyroid gland, it's thyroxine and calcitonin
From pituitary its growth hormone and many other, but their secretions are controlled by the hypothalamus.
