Force of gravity, F = 3.5 × 10^22 N
Gravitational constant, G = 6.7 × 10^-11 N m^2 kg^-2
Mass of sun, M = ?
Mass of Earth, m = 6 × 10^24 kg
Distance between Earth and sun, r = 1.5 × 10^11
So by using gravity formula,
F = GMm/r^2
3.5 × 10^22 N
= 6.7 × 10^-11 × M × 6 ×10^24 / (1.5 × 10^11)^2
3.5 × 10^22 × (1.5 × 10^11)^2
= 6.7 × 6 × 10^24-^11 × M
3.5 × 10^22 × 2.25 × 10^22
= 40.2 × 10^13 × M
M = 7.3125 × 10^44 / 40.2 × 10^13
M = 73125 × 10^44 × 10 / 402 × 10^13 × 10^4
M = 73125 × 10^45-^17 / 402
M = 73125 × 10^28 / 402
M = 1.96 × 10^30
I hope it helps..
